Due to our custom fitting services to your liking, it becomes impossible for us to resell our jackets. However, there are ways through which we attempt to provide you with the highest degree of satisfaction.
Replacement/Alteration Policy
It is essential that the following conditions are met for replacement or alteration services, failure to show substantial proof of the conditions will result in a forfeit by the customer for Replacement/Alteration.
- It is compulsory that the customer requests the service within 30 days of purchase
- You are eligible for replacement or alteration if measurements are more or less than 1” when measured while the jacket is flat.
- The color of the jacket is different from what was ordered. Please note that you do not qualify for replacement if the shade is different from what you ordered. The company is not responsible if you receive a slightly different shade of the same color. Each hide is different as we use high-quality leather. While at times, your device’s display is not able to perfectly represent the shade on offer.
We do not offer customized features
Sach Leather does not offer custom features on standard designs. Not only is the work tiresome and requires extra work, but it is also an extremely expensive process.
How can you qualify for Alterations?
Any claim of alteration must be proved by photographic proof conveyed through email. In the case your claim is based on incorrect measurements, please follow the following steps to correctly prove your claim.
- Lay the jacket on a flat surface
- Straighten out the jacket and zip it shut
- Take a measuring tape and hold on to it on the seam of the shoulder stitching
- Run the measuring tape down to the other end of the jacket while keeping the leather tightly stretched.
Once the photos are assessed,we will get back to you only if the pictures are accurate.
Sach Leather is not responsible for measurement errors due to customer negligence
It is extremely necessary that you take all measurements in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the measurements guide. The guide highlights how much space to leave with respect to body measurements so that you are left with a well-fitted jacket. Every customer is responsible to take the measurements appropriately. In the event that you are uncertain about how to take measurements, we recommend going to a local tailor.
In the case that your claim qualifies
Once the company decides that your claim is legit, one of two possible outcomes will be implemented.
- The company may decide to reimburse you the amount you paid for your jacket
- The company may choose to replace your jacket with the right color and/or measurements.

International customers will be responsible for bearing any shipping costs during the course of the process.
